Dave Neidhart has spent decades raising his family, running local manufacturing businesses, and closely observing the successes—and failures—of local politics.

When challenged by his adopted son to help restore American Honor and Opportunity within their community through the local congressional seat.

Dave could not say no. Not to his son. Not to the future of the next generation.

Not to the fellow Americans who deserve better representation.

So here we are.

Ready to re-invest in the community—by the People, for the People.

With a dedicated team assembled, Dave Neidhart now steps forward.

To prove what more than 40 years of Local Experience can deliver:

  • Restored Opportunity

  • Renewed Community Engagement,

  • A Stronger legacy for California’s 27th District,

A legacy focused on serving both the Young and the Old alike.

“If entrusted by my fellow Americans, I will work to bring the international business community together to create strong employment opportunities in our local communities within the 27th District.

From the halls of Congress, I will fight to expand those opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.

Together, as a united community, we will strengthen our economy while preserving our values and resources for future generations.”

The Challenges Facing CA-27

Affordable Housing Crisis

  • Younger generations and working families face a growing shortage of affordable housing and limited access to housing opportunity programs.

Lack of Local Jobs & Economic Growth

  • California’s 27th District lacks sufficient local business development, career pathways, and long-term employment opportunities.

Rising Cost of Living

  • Everyday necessities—groceries, gas, and local services—continue to increase in cost, placing added pressure on families and small businesses.

Strained Emergency Services

  • Emergency services, especially law enforcement, are experiencing a slow and dangerous erosion of resources, staffing, and support.

Limited Workforce & Career Training

  • High school students, graduates, and college-age adults lack access to strong job training, trade education, and career-building opportunities.

Neidhart’s Plan for Action

Bringing Jobs & Industry to CA-27

  • Neidhart will invite international businesses and corporations to tour the district and collaborate with local leaders to create incentives for developing new industries and long-term, high-paying local jobs.

Lowering Costs Through Smart Economic Policy

  • By strengthening local employment opportunities, Neidhart and his team will work with community leaders to promote practical, pro-affordability policies that help reduce the overall cost of living.

Supporting First Responders

  • Neidhart will work directly with local and county first responder leadership to assess critical needs, then pursue federal training, staffing, and equipment resources to ensure emergency services are fully supported.

Building Career Pathways for the Next Generation

  • Neidhart will support existing trade schools and job training programs at the high school and college levels, while creating new partnerships between local educational institutions and employers to build direct pipelines from education to employment.
