“Upon being graciously elected by My Fellow Americans. I plan to invite the International Business Community to found Employment Avenues for our Local Communities. Then Fight to Expand those Avenues from the Halls of Congress. Then Together, We the Community can Enhance & Conserve Together; for Future Generations.”

David W. Neidhart

Identified Issues:

  • Lack of Affordable Housing and Housing Opportunity Programs for the Younger Generations.

  • Lack of Local 27th District Business, Career, & Employment Opportunities.

  • Increasing Costs of Local Goods & Services ( aka groceries, local district services, & gas ).

  • A slow Deadly Wear-Down of Emergency Services, especially in Law Enforcement.

  • A Lack of Job/Career Training Opportunities for High-School Students/Graduates & College Age Adults.

Actionable Solutions:

  • Research, Implement, & Invite National & International Housing Affordability Opportunities ( like N.A.H.B | National Association of Home Builders ). Link to a Informational PDF | CLICK HERE

  • Invite International Businesses & Corporations to tour the 27th District and work with Local Leaders to offer incentives to develop and found Local Industries & Employment Opportunities.

  • With the Prospect of Local High Paying Work Opportunities, Neidhart and his Team can work on Local Leadership & Policy Education to promote Pro-Affordability Measures that can Improve CA`s Affordability.

  • Work with Local & County First Responder Leadership to Learn the Needs First Responders; then on a Federal Level, Research Opportunities for available Training & Equipment Resources. Ensuring the Best Options and Resources to serve Our Local Communities.

  • Work to Assist the existing Local Trade-Schools and Local Job Training Programs at the High-School & College Levels. Invite or Create more Dynamic Career/Job Opportunities in partnership with Local Education Institutions & Invite Employers to Hire from these Candidate Pools
